Another tour guide hired - Sandra Kerzten

This weekend our second tour guide, Sandra Kerzten, is receiving her in depth training to run one of our tours for us at Thistle Excursions, based in Invergordon High Street. She will be meeting and greeting our passengers from the port of Cromarty Firth and escorting them on their journey to the Black Rock Gorge, Dornoch to see where Madonna married Guy Ritchie and the many delights of the Royal burgh, then onto the Glenmorangie distillery.
She joins Lotty Burgess, from Invergordon on Saturday who will complete her week of training. Sandra has previously worked in the Police and loves working with people, so is delighted at taking up her new post, saying, “I loved my former job, but want to get myself into something new. I am a member of the Evanton walking group and can’t wait to show people around the woodlands where the Harry Potter Goblet of Fire was filmed.”
Maxine Smith, who owns Thistle Excursions, herself from Invergordon added, “I am so pleased to have two lovely ladies join my team and cannot wait for April 2019 to arrive to start taking our coach tours around with our cruise passengers seeing the delights that the Highlands has to offer.”
